NEWS: Three Things + One
Oct 10, 2006
Here's a recent article in the Seattle Times about the upcoming Seattle Lesbian & Gay Film Festival. Of the 150 movies that will be showing, Straight Into Gay America at least got a sentence. Here's the day's agenda on the 19th of October.
- KSER is interviewing me in the morning on Documentary day, October 19th, 7:10 a.m. on 90.7 fm in Everett, Washington.
- The documentary is showing at 6:00 p.m. at the Har Exit Theater.
- And we've got a call in to Joes' Bar for afterwords. Joe's is right across the street from the theater.
Blogging begins between Understanding Homosexuality and Straight Into Gay America. Thanks to Dave Glesne. Thanks to everyone who is attaching comments to the blogs. Together we can learn a lot.
"Clausen responds today by narrowing the focus to two points: Glesne's section on early developmental factors that contribute to homosexuality, and the use of data and statistics to represent homosexual life and practice."

Marriage is a dynamic rather than a static institution...

San Francisco Events:
It's a late-breaking trip, but I'll be attending a publishers conference in San Franciso at the end of October, and I have two dates free to come and speak about Straight Into Gay America: My Unicycle Journey for Equal Rights - October 25 and October 26. If anyone's interested in putting together a quick event or two in the Bay Area, please let me know.
and that's the news.
